1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Warnli ("Service"), operated by ONZACK AG ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Warnli is an HTTP(S) endpoint monitoring service that:

  • Monitors websites and APIs for availability
  • Sends alerts when endpoints go down
  • Provides uptime statistics and reports
  • Offers status page functionality

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Monitor endpoints you don't own or have permission to monitor
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service
  • Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

6. Payment Terms

Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF)
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes

Refunds

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • No refunds for partial months or unused time
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ONZACK AG and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONZACK AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONZACK AG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
